Volunteering
Volunteering with Calderdale Dementia Hub means you'll gain valuable skills and will play an important role in supporting those living with dementia or share your own lived experience with others starting their journey.
How to make a referral
Referrals can be made for anyone of any age who have been recently diagnosed with dementia. Referrals into the service are made through the SWYPFT Memory Service, a GP/health professional or you can also self-refer on this website.
