DEEP collaboration with Overgate Hospice

Recently, members of the Happy Valley DEEP group took part in a co-production project with Overgate Hospice. They were invited to assist in creating a dementia-friendly document for the Overgate “Shape Our Care” Campaign. It was lovely to welcome Overgate Hospice back with the finished product.
