“Our Happy Valley DEEP group got active last week by trying out a new fitness group called “Twist and Shout”.
After several shimmies, claps and moves to the beat the participants fed back their experience.
They all had a good time and looked forward to supporting the new class at Limelight Theatre, Rastrick on Wednesdays at 10.30am
