    DEEP collaboration with Overgate Hospice

    Recently, members of the Happy Valley DEEP group took part in a co-production project with Overgate Hospice.     Special thanks to Harveys of Halifax for nominating us ” Charity of the Month”. We spent four days throughout September, in the store, holding a raffle and meeting the wonderful staff and customers. With their help and your support we raised £480 (and had over 100 wonderful conversations)

    How to make a referral

    Referrals can be made for anyone of any age who have been recently diagnosed with dementia. Referrals into the service are made through the SWYPFT Memory Service, a GP/health professional or you can also self-refer on this website.
